As a SUGARIST/esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients

  • Analyze, consult and perform high-quality hair removal in a professional and comfortable setting

  • Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients

  • Execute services to SUGAR GEN STANDARDS

  • Perform sugaring hair removal services including Brazilian and more!

  • Greet + check in/check out clients

  • Learn + maintain expert level system

  • Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of lobby and sugaring rooms, restocking product and disposables,

  • Answer client questions surrounding the sugaring process, services offered, and aftercare

  • Responding to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services

  • Must be available to work weekends

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must! Correct grammar and punctuation when communicating with clients is essential.
